Cancellation policy

• Best Available Rate
• No refunds in case of cancellation / changes not possible

• Flex Rate (surcharge + 10%)
• 100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before the arrival date
• 50% refund for cancellations up to 40 days before the arrival date
• No refunds for no-shows
• Cancellations must be received by the landlord in writing by 11:59 PM (local time of the property) on the day before check-in in order to receive a refund.
• In the event of a cancellation, a processing fee of USD 150.00 will be charged to cover our additional expenses. This fee will be deducted from the deposit.
• When paying by credit card, the credit card fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• If you wish to book the Flex Rate, select the option "Flex Rate (refundable/cancellable) + 10% per booking" before completing your booking.
