The rental contract is concluded with the booking on our website.
The following general terms and conditions are part of the rental agreement
- CHECK-IN:
- from 05:00 p.m.
- Early check-in possible (subject to availability). Additional Fee: $29.00
- CHECK-OUT:
- till 10:00 a.m.
- Late check-out possible (subject to availability). Additional Fee: $29.00
- SECURITY DEPOSIT
- The security deposit of $ 500.00 is not included in the rental price and must be paid no later than 40 days before the start of the rental. It will be reimbursed within 14 days after the house has been accepted without any complaints, minus the consumption costs (electricity)
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Best Available Rate
- No refund in case of cancellation
- Flex Rate (surcharge + 10%)
- 100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before the arrival date
- 50% refund for cancellations up to 40 days before the arrival date
- No refunds for no-shows
- Cancellations must be received by the landlord in writing by 11:59 p.m. (local time of the property) on the key date before check-in, in order to receive a refund
- In the event of a cancellation, a processing fee of USD 150.00 will be charged. This will be withheld from the deposit
- If paying by credit card, the credit card fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
- If you would like to book the Flex Rate, select the option "Flex Rate (refundable / cancelable) + 10% per booking" before completing your booking at check-out
