Our Villa Palm Island is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive residential areas in southwest Cape Coral (Pelican Area), surrounded by canals and just minutes away from the Cape Harbor Marina, Tarpon Point Marina and the beautiful sandy beaches of Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach. The Villa Palm Island was built on a more than 1000m² corner lot with a tropical palm garden. There are no disturbing traffic noises or through traffic. The only sound you hear is the rush of the palm trees.
